Returns & Exchange
We want you to feel confident and excited about every VicStoneNYC purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition.
What Can Be Returned or Exchanged
Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging and documentation.
Customized jewelry, including engraved bangles, watches, and custom-made nameplates, is non-returnable.
Engraved rings may be returned, exchanged, or resized (if applicable), though the $25 engraving fee is non-refundable.
Items that have been worn, damaged, resized by another jeweler, altered, or specially ordered are not eligible for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers inspection, cleaning, and repackaging costs.
Restocking fees do not apply to items returned due to defects or errors made by VicStoneNYC.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
You do not need a return authorization number. Simply follow the steps below:

Include a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation email.
Whenever possible, use the original packaging and include any diamond appraisals or certificates.
Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Shipping Guidelines
We recommend shipping via FedEx or UPS with full insurance and signature required upon delivery.
For security reasons, do not write “jewelry” anywhere on the outside of the box.
After We Receive Your Return
Once your return is received, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the item. Approved returns will be processed within 7 business days, and refunds (less the 10% restocking fee) will be issued to your original form of payment.
Important Notes
Shipping and engraving fees are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Items received more than 10 days after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
Excessive Returns Policy
To protect our clients and our business, VicStoneNYC reserves the right to limit service to accounts with a history of excessive returns:
Returning 30+ items
Returning items totaling over $10,000
Maintaining a return rate of 85% or more
If your account is flagged, we may require pre-approval before accepting future orders.
